Our Commitment to Equitable Software Access
Savvix was built by developers and creators who understand the reality of exorbitant software licensing fees, restrictive currency barriers, and artificial pricing walls that hinder solo founders, students, and global builders.

Our service aggregates surplus volume allocations, wholesale educator/developer allocations, and bulk enterprise reseller pools to provide affordable access for builders who could not otherwise afford enterprise rates. Because we operate as an independent aggregator at wholesale rates, using our service requires strict acceptance of the operational and legal boundaries outlined below.

1. Acceptance of Terms & Legal Capacity

By accessing Savvix ("the Site"), placing an order, interacting with our digital interfaces, or accessing fulfilled credentials, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or have reached the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to every provision herein, you must immediately cease all use of the platform.

2. Independent Service Provider & Trademark Disclaimer

Savvix is an independent digital reseller and subscription aggregator. Savvix is NOT affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Microsoft, OpenAI, Google, JetBrains, Adobe, Canva, Anthropic, or any of their respective subsidiaries or affiliates.

All software product names, logos, brands, and trademarks displayed on this platform are the property of their respective trademark holders. Reference to any specific commercial product, process, or service by trade name or trademark does not constitute an endorsement, sponsorship, or recommendation by the respective owners.

3. Nature of Wholesale Digital Subscriptions & Fulfillment

Savvix facilitates access to digital credentials, license keys, invitation links, and account allocations procured through legitimate third-party wholesale suppliers, volume programs, and developer allocations ("Digital Subscriptions").

Fulfillment occurs digitally via the Savvix Customer Dashboard, email dispatch, or automated receipt upon successful payment clearance. The customer agrees to inspect and activate credentials immediately upon delivery.

4. Warranty Limitations & Initial Activation Guarantee

Products sold on Savvix are subject strictly to our :

Initial Activation Guarantee: Savvix guarantees that credentials and activation codes are valid and functional at the point of delivery. Any initial defect must be reported with verifiable proof within the designated product notice window (typically 2 to 24 hours).
No Post-Activation Warranty: Savvix does NOT control upstream third-party software platforms. We do not provide post-activation replacement guarantees, ongoing perpetual uptime warranties, or compensation if a third-party vendor updates policies, alters account terms, or restricts access after successful initial activation.
All Sales Final: Due to the immediate disclosure of cryptographic software keys and private credentials, all digital sales are final. No cash refunds are provided once credentials have been disclosed.

5. Customer Acceptable Use & Account Rules

When utilizing credentials or account invitations obtained through Savvix, the customer agrees:

Never to alter master administrative emails, root passwords, multi-factor settings, or billing profiles on shared or pool accounts.
Never to re-sell, distribute, or publicly post credentials provided for individual or designated team use.
To comply with all operational guidelines (such as device count limitations, VPN or region recommendations, and redemption time limits).

Any violation of these acceptable use rules immediately voids all customer support eligibility and results in termination of service without store credit or recourse.

6. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that wholesale, shared, promotional, and pooled subscriptions involve inherent third-party platform dependencies. You expressly assume all risks associated with using discounted software access, including the possibility of service interruptions, platform updates, or changes in third-party API terms.

7. Comprehensive Limitation of Liability

Liability Cap & Exclusion of Consequential Damages
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SAVVIX, ITS FOUNDERS, OPERATORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, REPUTATIONAL HARM, OR COSTS OF SUBSTITUTE PROCUREMENT, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE ANY PURCHASED SUBSCRIPTION.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL SAVVIX'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO ANY PURCHASE EXCEED THE ACTUAL AMOUNT PAID BY THE CUSTOMER FOR THE SPECIFIC INDIVIDUAL PRODUCT IN DISPUTE.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Savvix, its officers, contractors, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms, unauthorized use of credentials, or misuse of third-party software.

9. Dispute Resolution & Class Action Waiver

In the event of any disagreement, the customer agrees to first contact Savvix support to resolve the matter amicably. Any formal dispute or claim shall be resolved solely through binding individual arbitration or small claims proceedings. You waive all rights to initiate, join, or participate in any class action lawsuit, collective arbitration, or representative proceeding against Savvix.

10. Modifications & Severability

Savvix reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after modifications constitutes binding acceptance of the updated terms. If any provision of these Terms is deemed unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
