Why Savvix Exists: Our Mission to Keep Software Affordable
We created Savvix because we have been in your shoes. Prohibitive international subscription fees, currency devaluations, and steep barrier-to-entry costs lock out millions of talented students, freelance developers, and bootstrapped creators across emerging and global markets.

By pooling wholesale allocations, volume enterprise reseller slots, and developer program grants, we pass massive savings directly to you at razor-thin margins. To keep these prices accessible to everyone without putting our platform at financial risk, our operations must adhere to the strict wholesale supply conditions set by our upstream providers.

1. Digital Goods & All Sales Final

Due to the immediate cryptographic delivery, disclosure of proprietary credentials, activation tokens, and non-returnable license keys, all purchases on Savvix are final and non-refundable once credentials have been revealed or delivered.

We do not offer cash refunds, change-of-mind refunds, or refunds resulting from user error (such as purchasing for an incompatible device or failing to read product requirements).

2. The Initial Activation Guarantee

Every software purchase is backed by our Initial Activation Guarantee:

What is Guaranteed:
We guarantee that your delivered license key, invitation link, or account credential is valid, unredeemed, and functional at the exact moment of initial delivery.

If a key or invitation is demonstrably invalid upon immediate delivery, you must notify support within the mandatory redemption window with verifiable proof (such as a full-screen screenshot showing the error message and timestamp). Upon verification with our upstream provider, Savvix will provide a working replacement or store credit.

3. No Ongoing Post-Activation Replacement Warranty

Savvix is an independent wholesale reseller and does not own, develop, or operate the underlying third-party software platforms (such as OpenAI, Google, JetBrains, Adobe, etc.).

Upstream Provider Autonomy & Risk Assumption:
Third-party software providers reserve the unilateral right to update their terms of service, modify regional availability, audit enterprise pools, or revoke promotional tiers at their sole discretion without prior notice to resellers.

Because our upstream providers do not offer post-activation warranties to us, Savvix CANNOT and DOES NOT offer perpetual replacement warranties, lifetime guarantees, or free ongoing replacement once a key or subscription has been successfully activated.

Customers accept full assumption of risk for any subsequent third-party account audits, policy changes, or cancellations occurring after successful initial activation.

4. Mandatory Inspection & Notice Windows

Customers have a strict duty of immediate inspection. You must attempt redemption within the specific time window specified in your order receipt:

Failure to inspect and report defects within the specified notice window forfeits all claims under the Initial Activation Guarantee, as supplier redemption tokens expire automatically.

5. Ineligible Scenarios

The Initial Activation Guarantee is strictly void in the following circumstances:

• Failure to follow activation guides, region requirements (e.g. required VPN location during redemption), or system prerequisites clearly noted on the product card.
• Changes made to primary recovery emails, master passwords, or two-factor authentication on shared pool accounts.
• Account suspension resulting from the user violating the third-party provider's own acceptable use policies (e.g. rate-limit abuse, API scraping, or offensive content generation).
• Claims filed after the product's designated inspection and redemption window has elapsed.

6. Anti-Chargeback Policy & Dispute Resolution

Savvix maintains comprehensive cryptographic delivery logs, IP access records, and license redemption timestamps.

• Opening an unauthorized payment dispute, bank chargeback, or PayPal dispute without first contacting Savvix support constitutes a breach of our agreement.
• In the event of a fraudulent chargeback, Savvix will immediately invalidate all associated digital credentials, terminate platform access, and report the abuse to fraud-prevention registries.
