Savvix operates on a strict principle of data minimization. We only collect the minimal information necessary to deliver your digital licenses, maintain your order dashboard, and protect our community from payment fraud. We never monetize, rent, or sell your personal information.

When you purchase or interact with Savvix, we collect only data essential for fulfillment and fraud prevention:

• Contact & Identity Data: Your email address and authenticated user ID managed securely through Clerk authentication.
• Transaction & Fulfillment Records: The digital product identifiers, quantities, transaction timestamps, currency selection, and fulfillment statuses (such as delivered license keys or invite links).
• Payment Identifiers: Gateway transaction references (such as Polar payment IDs). Savvix never sees, collects, or stores your raw payment card numbers, bank account numbers, or CVV codes. All checkout processing is executed directly by PCI-DSS Level 1 certified processors.
• Technical Logs: IP address, browser user-agent, and system telemetry used solely to secure digital deliveries, prevent credential scraping, and contest fraudulent chargebacks.

2. How Your Information is Used

Your data is processed strictly for legitimate operational purposes:

• Delivering digital access credentials and activation instructions to your verified dashboard and email.
• Maintaining your order history and verifying license validity under our Initial Activation Guarantee.
• Detecting and mitigating automated abuse, botting, and unauthorized account tampering.
• Notifying you of inventory restocks and new product drops only when you explicitly opt-in.

3. Absolute Zero Data-Selling Commitment

No Advertising Networks or Data Brokers
Savvix does not sell, trade, or distribute your personal data to any advertisers, third-party marketing brokers, or external commercial entities. Your records remain strictly within our encrypted delivery infrastructure.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We partner only with industry-standard, security-audited infrastructure providers:

• Clerk: Secure user authentication, session management, and encrypted identity storage.
• Polar: Merchant of record, international tax compliance, and payment clearance.
• PostgreSQL: Encrypted backend database for license dispatch and fulfillment records.

5. Data Retention & Erasure Rights

We retain transaction and delivery records for a reasonable statutory period necessary to comply with legal, tax, and anti-fraud obligations.

You may request the full deletion of your user account and personal identifiers at any time by contacting support, subject to our obligation to retain anonymized transaction logs required by tax authorities and payment networks.
